Goals of a liquid eye lift

The under-eye area loses volume with age, resulting in a hollowness that can result in an exhausted appearance. Fine lines and wrinkles also develop around the delicate eye skin as the years go by.

Dr. Maercks can correct these issues by injecting hyaluronic acid-based fillers using a cannula to target areas of the face. He can restore a more youthful look and seamlessly blend the under-eye area with the rest of the face.

The liquid eye lift procedure

During your consultation, Dr. Maercks will go over the type of dermal fillers that will be used. On the day of your treatment, your skin will be cleansed and prepped, and Dr. Maercks will administer the injections directly to your face, just underneath the skin.

Dr. Maercks may also choose to incorporate fat transfer to provide more permanent results. Fat transfer is also injected, but first fat is removed from another area of the body, such as the thighs or hips.
